PAV10 cooling cabinet repair

Postmortem

This was part of an effort to get the SEP cabinet flow and filtering. The HUP group has placed a supplemental flow pump into the cabinet in the Pav10 holding area. The flow is now at the correct rate. The valve actuator on Siemens side was swapped out. The mechanical valve brass casing was not changed.

Siemens will replace a damaged valve in the cooling cabinet for PAV10. Scanning will not be possible during this time.
