Monitoring - Siemens engineer thinks the issue is most likely due to an Ethernet connection dropping between the host and MARS. He physically reset the various connections and recommended monitoring to see if the issue reoccurs.

Investigating - Scanner spontaneously rebooted twice and stopped scanning during a study. Siemens has been notified (Ref#: 400114001179), they plan to come on Thursday morning at 8:00.

Identified - The SC3T stimulus response controller is being temporarily removed for software updates. It should be back online by mid-day on Tue Aug 18.

Investigating - We have had multiple reports of RF noise at SC3T. This does not seem to be visible in other protocols, so we are continuing to investigate. At this time we consider the scanner operational, but users should check their data and report any artifacts.
