HUP5 - all protocols missing
Investigating - Following previous issues, all protocols are gone from HUP5. A request for technical support was started with Siemens (Ticket number #400113940012)

SC3T RF Noise
Investigating - We have had multiple reports of RF noise at SC3T. This does not seem to be visible in other protocols, so we are continuing to investigate. At this time we consider the scanner operational, but users should check their data and report any artifacts.

Stellar Chance sinks clogged
Identified - Both sinks in the control rooms at Stellar Chance are clogged. A ticket has been opened with facilities.

SC3T Suffering Intermittent Network Disconnections
Update - Scans on SC3T will no longer go to Flywheel automatically, they will have to be pushed manually. More details can be found in the 'flywheel_general' channel on Slack.

Investigating - We have identified that SC3T is suffering intermittent network failures. This is leading Flywheel reaping to fail. We are working with IT to investigate the cause of this.

SC7T control room water leaking
Monitoring - We are cleared to keep running the scanner at SC7T. Ceiling tiles should be replaced today. Facilities will continue to investigate the source of the leak.

HUP5 - GPA error
Resolved - Siemens confirmed they have fully repaired the gradient amplifier. The scanner is ready for use.

Monitoring - The Siemens engineer believes they have repaired the gradient system and HUP5, but identified additional faults that will keep the scanner offline. We are tracking the additional faults in a separate incident.

HUP5 - Do Not Enter Alert (Quench Button Inactive)
Resolved - Siemens has repaired the quench system at HUP5 and the scanner is now back online and ready for use.

Investigating - Siemens has identified that the quench button at HUP5 is not operating correctly. As a safety precaution, nobody is allowed to enter the scan room until further notice. The control room is still accessible, but the scanner should not be rebooted.

SC7T 32-channel head coil mirror does not attach
Resolved - Siemens repaired the screw mount and the SC7T head coil mirror should now attach correctly.

SC7T Visual presentation monitor taken offline
Resolved - A new visual stimulus display system has been installed at SC3T and the system borrowed from SC7T has been returned. There is a working visual stimulus display system at SC7T now.

Update - We are planning to return the screen to SC7T when we updated the stimulus system at SC3T. At this point we expect this to occur in late spring or early summer. We will share an exact timeline once this is finalized.

Identified - We are awaiting a replacement monitor for SC3T, and in the interim the monitor from SC7T has been moved to SC3T. We expect a replacement monitor will be available this summer, and will provide a more specific update once we have additional information from the manufacturer.

Resolved - Exam and prep rooms in Stellar Chance are fully repaired and available.

Update - Facilities continues to work on repairs for exam rooms and bathrooms. Currently they are both inaccessible for research groups using the scanners in Stellar Chance. We will provide an update on when they are expected to be back online once we have that information from the building manager, but we expect it will be several days from now.

Identified - There was a water leak overnight in the Stellar Chance basement that has affected the exam rooms and bathrooms. We do not have an estimate of when these areas will be accessible.
